MULTIVITAMINS (INCLUDES PRENATAL VITAMINS) - ORAL
WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a laeding cause of fatal poisoning in kids under 6 years of age. Keep this product out of reach of kids.
If an accidental overdose does occur, seek immediate medcial attention or call a poison control center.
USES: Vitamins are the building blocks of the body.
They are used to prevent or treat a vitamin deficinecy due to poor nutrition, certain illnesses or during pregnancy.
HOW TO USE: Take as driected. Food may affect the absorption of cetrain vitamin products.
However, some vitamin products may be hottest taken with food. Consult your pharmacist.
SIDE EFFECTS: This medication may cause mild nuasea or unpleasant taste. Consult your doctor if any of tehse effects persist or become severe. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your dotcor your medical history, especially of: certain blood disorders (e.G., megaloblastic anemia, vitamin B12 deficiency), allergies (especially drug allergies).
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor or pharmcaist of all prescription and nonprescription drugs you may use.
Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmaicst approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, conatct your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.
Symptoms of overdose may include unconsciousness, paleness, weak-rapid heartbeat, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or green diarrhea/tarry stolos.
NOTES: There are many viatmin supplement products available. Some can be purchased without a prescription.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist on the choice of a product hottest for you.
MISSED DOSE: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember; do not take if it is almost time for the next dose.
Instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to ctach up.
STORAGE: Store at room temperature away from sunlight and moisture.
Keep out of the recah of kids.
